Food Durham's Food and Food Waste event

Thanks to everyone who came along to Food Durham's Food and Food Waste event at the TCR Hub in Barnard Castle on Tuesday. An inspiring talk by Nikki Dravers of REfUSE and engaging workshops by Sizzle, Durham County Council, East Durham College, REfUSE and the TCR Hub. Workshops included making sauerkraut, apple pressing, garden planning, dealing with food surplus and making compost in an attempt to make us think about our garden and food waste.
