Our keynote speaker will be Prof. Mike Hamm, Professor of Sustainable Agriculture and Senior Fellow, Center for Regional Food Systems, at Michigan State University. Mike’s research interests are community-based food systems, food security, sustainable agriculture and nutrition education. His outreach focus is working with communities to develop community-based food systems and working on local and state food policy issues, including membership on the Michigan Food Policy Council.
